“Awaiting Approval”
Your order is with our Clinical Team. They’re reviewing your prescription to make sure it’s safe, accurate, and suitable for you before it’s dispatched.
“Expired”
Your last order has already been processed, and your subscription is ready to renew. Your plan is still active, you can check your Next Order Date anytime under Manage plans and orders in your account.
How Long Does Approval Take?
Approvals usually take a few hours to one day (Hair Loss orders are typically approved within 24 hours).
To avoid delays, make sure all tasks in your account are completed, such as:
- Filling out your questionnaires
- Uploading your photos
- Completing your medical history
Once everything is submitted, our clinicians can finalise your review and move your order forward.
If We Need More Information
If the Clinical Team requires anything else, they’ll message you through your account and email — keeping an eye on both helps prevent delays.
Why We Need Your Photo ID?
To follow healthcare regulations and keep your treatment safe, we verify each patient’s identity.
Once your ID is approved, we can complete your order.
Your ID must show your full name, date of birth, and photo.
It’s fine if it’s out of date — as long as it still looks like you and your details haven’t changed.

Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes — once your order is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the key details.
When your order ships:
You’ll receive a tracking email.
You can also log into your Voy account anytime to view your order history and track deliveries.
