Prescription medication
Due to strict UK regulations, prescription-only medication cannot be returned or refunded once approved by our clinician.
You may cancel your order only before clinical approval.
Once approved or prepared by the pharmacy, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
This includes treatments for Hair Loss.
Prescription medication is exempt from returns under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, as according to the regulations, consumers cannot cancel a contract for goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or personalized, or likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
What to do with unwanted medication:
Please take any unused or unwanted prescription medication to your local pharmacy for safe disposal.
Non-medicinal products (e.g. Shampoo, Hair Vitamins)
Yes, you can return non-medicinal items within 14 days of receiving your order if they are in the original condition.
How returns work:
The 14-day period starts the day after delivery.
If items arrive in multiple deliveries, the period begins after the final delivery.
Once returned, we’ll issue a full refund for eligible non-medicinal items.
Exceptions:
Sealed products cannot be returned once opened, unless they were delivered damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Please note that the team might ask for proof so you are kindly requested to take a picture of the goods as soon as they arrive.
