How do they work?
Our 3 and 6 month subscriptions are designed to help you reach your goals by committing to a certain length of time as part of our weight loss programme.
If you've chosen to commit to one of our 3 or 6 month plans, every 28 days, your next order will automatically process in line with your titration plan and monthly payment, depending on your dose until you reach the end of your plan.
After you've completed 3 or 6 months, we'll reach out to you to see if you've reached your goal and how you'd like to continue.
You can find more information about your plan as well as make changes to your dose and next order date from the Voy app under 'plans'.
How do I sign up?
Our 3- and 6-month plans are now available to everyone! Once you’ve completed our weight loss questionnaire, you’ll be able to choose your preferred plan frequency before heading to the checkout.
Cancellations
When you sign up for a 3-month or 6-month plan, you’re committing to that full term.
Cancelling at the end of your term (no fee)
You can cancel your plan with no cancellation fee once your 3rd (for 3-month plans) or 6th (for 6-month plans) order has been processed, and before your 4th or 7th order is renewed. As your plan is coming to an end, we’ll email you to ask whether you’d like to renew on a monthly basis, start a new plan or cancel your subscription.
You can cancel at this stage through your online account or by contacting our team.
Cancelling early (before the end of your term)
You can choose to end your 3- or 6-month plan early by paying a £50 cancellation fee. This can be done by getting in touch with us.
If your plan has not yet been approved and you change your mind, you can cancel your subscription before treatment begins, with no cancellation fee.
