Refer a Friend – Mystery Reward Promotion Terms

1. What this promotion is

This limited-time promotion (the “Promotion”) allows selected Voy customers to earn a mystery reward when they refer a friend to Voy’s weight-loss programme using their unique referral link in the Voy app. 

When a referral is successful:

• The referrer receives one mystery reward (“Reward”).
• The invited friend receives £50 off their first order.
   

2. Promotion period

• The Promotion period starts on 31/10/2025 and the end date is shown in the Voy app. We can change this at any time (“Promotion Period”).
• Referrals must be completed (i.e. the invited friend’s first order placed and paid) within the Promotion Period to qualify for a reward.
• Any referrals completed outside the Promotion Period will instead receive the standard refer-a-friend reward.
   

3. Who can take part

• The Promotion is open only to existing Voy customers who:
  • have an active Voy weight-loss subscription for at least 7 days before the start of the Promotion Period; and
  • see the Promotion displayed in their Voy app.
• Invitees must be new Voy customers who have never placed an order with us, or held a subscription.
• The Promotion is only available to UK residents aged 18 or over.
   

4. How to earn a reward

1. Using your Voy app, share your unique referral link with a friend during the Promotion Period.
2. Your friend must sign up through that link and complete their first paid order with us. The promotion will be applied at checkout.
3. Once your friend’s order is approved by us, the referral is considered confirmed, and you’ll receive one Reward in your Voy account.

Each completed referral entitles you to receive one Reward. There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

5. What the rewards are

Each Reward is chosen at random from the following list:

*These probabilities are indicative only. Actual probabilities may be controlled by an algorithm to ensure the stated distribution is achieved overall.

• Credit rewards are added automatically to your Voy credit wallet once the referral is confirmed.
• Cash rewards are paid manually by Voy within Cash rewards are paid manually within 30 days of successful verification and receipt of bank details. We will first undertake certain verification checks, as outlined below.

6. Verification and fraud prevention

All cash rewards are subject to verification checks before payment. Voy may delay, withhold, or reverse any cash reward if we reasonably believe that:

• the referral is not genuine or involves duplicate, fake, or self-referrals;
• the referred friend cancels or fails to maintain an active account shortly after joining; and/or
• the referrer or invitee has breached these Terms or acted abusively, fraudulently, or in bad faith.
  
   

We may request further information or identification before paying a cash reward. Failure to provide information reasonably requested may result in forfeiture of the reward.  Voy also reserves the right to suspend or close accounts involved in fraudulent activity.

7. Payouts and reward expiry

• Credit rewards appear in your Voy account automatically. Credit can be used against future orders, up to a maximum of £100 per order, and will roll over monthly. 
• Cash rewards - eligible participants will be contacted by us within 14 days after the Promotion Period to provide bank details. Cash rewards are paid manually within 30 days of successful verification and receipt of bank details.
• If a referral does not meet the conditions above, the associated reward will not be paid.
• If the Promotion ends or is withdrawn, any pending eligible referrals will still be processed under these Terms.
  
   

8. Other important details

• By participating in this referral scheme, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to these Terms. If we suspect any fraudulent activity or breach of these terms, we may withhold or reverse any rewards.
• Voy may change, suspend, or end this Promotion at any time where necessary (for example, to prevent fraud or abuse, or due to unforeseen circumstances).
• This Promotion may run alongside other Voy promotions or offers.
• Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for alternatives.
• Any personal data processed as part of this Promotion will be handled in line with Voy’s Privacy Policy.
   

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
