At Voy, we're committed to providing safe and effective weight loss solutions. Our approval process ensures that we're prescribing safely and within our clinical guidelines. Here's how it works:
1. Complete Two Tasks
After placing your order, you'll need to:
- Upload a full-length photo of yourself (taken on the day for the consultation) in form fitted clothing
- Upload a photo of your ID, it must include your full name, date of birth and a photo of yourself (this can be expired)
These photos help us verify your identity and BMI, which is crucial for online prescriptions and maintaining high standards of safety and patient care.
In some cases, you may be asked to:
- Upload your prescription if you're continuing a higher dose of a GLP-1 medication.

Complete a BMI verification call if we need to confirm your eligibility.
Previous prescription information
If we ask you to upload a previous prescription, it must include your legal name, the date the medication was prescribed, the name and dose of the medication, and the treatment and dosage.
If you no longer have the prescription label, an email from the pharmacy containing the same information is also acceptable.
If you’re unable to provide this information, we’ll start you on the lowest dose in line with our clinical guidelines.
2. Clinical Review
Our Clinical Team aim to review your photos and medical history within the following 24 hours. If approved, your medication will be dispatched within the following 1-3 working days.
3. Follow-Up (if needed)
If we need more information, you will be notified as our Clinical Team will message you through your account's messages feature.
What if my tasks are not approved?
- If your photo isn't approved, you'll see a new task on your home page to submit a new one. Our clinicians will provide you with the reason for why the task was not approved.
- You can also upload supporting documents like your ID or prescription (if applicable) directly in your messages to the Clinical Team.
What if my order is not approved?
If we can't approve your treatment, we'll explain why and cancel your order. Any pending payments will be cancelled as soon as possible, please allow a maximum of 3-5 working days for this to reflect in your bank account.
