Prescription Medicines:
For safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of medicines as the pharmacy is not able to reuse them. If you have unwanted medicine, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.
Blood Test Devices:
For safety and hygiene reasons, and in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (exemptions relating to goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly or are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons), blood test devices cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispatched, as these items cannot be reused.
