You’ll continue seeing the same clinician wherever possible, but you’re also backed by the full Voy Menopause clinical team, working together to support your care.
If you have a quick question between appointments, the best way to reach out is through clinical messaging via your portal. Our clinical team will get back to you the same day (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm).
You can also bring questions to your optional monthly check-in, or email help@joinvoy.com and we’ll make sure your message gets to your clinician.
