Voy treatments run on a flexible subscription, so you don’t need to reorder manually and can stay consistent with your plan.
Your subscription renews automatically based on your chosen delivery frequency (30, 90, 180, or 360 days). You’ll see your renewal schedule at checkout, in your confirmation email, and in your account.
We’ll send a reminder email a few days before your next renewal (monthly Hair Loss plans renew without reminders).
To make sure you don’t miss important updates:
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Add help@joinvoy.com to your contacts
- Keep your email address up to date in your account
Subscription timeline
Your prescription is valid for 12 months.
Treatments are delivered on the schedule you choose.
At the end of 12 months, our clinicians review your prescription:
- If nothing has changed in your medical history, your prescription is renewed automatically and deliveries continue without interruption.
- If your health or medications change, please let us know so we can keep your treatment safe and effective.
- You’ll receive an email asking if anything has changed in your health.
If we don’t hear from you, your subscription renews for another 12 months
If your subscription has already expired, it’s under clinical review.
There’s nothing you need to do — we’ll update you as soon as it’s complete.
Managing your subscription
Your MANUAL account gives you full control.
You can:
- Change delivery dates
- Switch treatments, update quantities, or adjust delivery frequency
- Track orders and delivery updates
- Cancel your subscription
- You can review and manage everything under Account > Manage Plans and Orders:
Cancelling your subscription
- Log in at joinvoy.com
- Go to Account > Manage Plans and Orders
- Select the plan you want to cancel
- Click Cancel and follow the prompts
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.
- Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
Important to know:
- Cancelling stops future orders only
- Orders already approved or dispatched can’t be cancelled or refunded
- If something isn’t working with your treatment, let us know — we may be able to adjust your plan or suggest alternatives.
Updating your next delivery date and switching your plan or frequency
You can change your next delivery date, treatment plan, or delivery frequency at any time by following these steps:
- Log in at joinvoy.com
- Go to Manage Plans and Orders
- Select the plan you’d like to update
- Choose one of the following options:
- Manage Delivery to select a new delivery date
- Switch Plan to change your treatment
- Switch Frequency to update how often your treatment is delivered
What happens next:
Our clinical team will review your request within 24 hours
Once approved, your updated delivery date, plan, or frequency will appear in your account.
