How do I set up an account?
Welcome to Voy — we're excited to have you here!
- Setting up your account only takes a moment:
- Visit https://www.joinvoy.com/ and select the treatment you want to explore.
- Enter your details (name, email, and any other required information)
- Agree to our Terms and Conditions, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy
- Click Sign Up — and you’re all set!
Once you’re in, you’ll have access to all our resources and support to guide you on your health journey.
You can view your plans anytime at: https://www.joinvoy.com/account/myplans
Can I edit my account?
Yes — you can update most of your account information, including your billing method, delivery address, and general preferences.
To make changes:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account → Account Details
From here, you can update:
- Personal info (email, phone number)
- Shipping address
- Billing address
Name changes:
For security reasons, you can’t change your name or surname yourself.

I accidentally created more than one Voy account?
No worries — it happens! We just want to make sure your treatment stays safe and consistent.
What happens if I have multiple accounts?
If our Clinical Team notices duplicate accounts, they may place your most recent order on hold and contact you. This helps us confirm which account you’d like to continue using.
What should I do if I have more than one account?
If you remember your original account:
Cancel the new order and place it again using your original login to avoid delays.
