Once your subscription is paid and your medication has left the pharmacy, we can’t reschedule or alter your delivery. Once logged with Royal Mail you'll be able to track your order via this tracking link which will be sent via email. Here you'll also be able to update your delivery preferences if you're not going to be in for your scheduled delivery.
If you need to update your delivery details before dispatch, Yyu can view and change your shipping addresses at any time by logging into your account. Once logged in, click on Account in the left-hand menu and then Account Details. Here, you'll be able to view all your current shipping addresses and update your address by clicking 'Add new address'.
