Where is my order?

Tracking your order is easy!

You will receive your tracking details, once your order has been dispatched from our pharmacy. In your order confirmation email, you’ll find your tracking number.

You can use that on the Royal Mail tracking page to stay updated on the status of your delivery! Or simply click on the button that says Track your order and let us do the rest!

If you haven't received an approval email it could be that your order is still pending and our clinical team have requested for more information. Please make sure you check your messages here 

If you encounter any issues, feel free to drop us an email with your order number on [e-mail] and we will check this for you.
