General storage guidance
All medications should be stored correctly to ensure they remain safe and effective. Storage advice can vary slightly depending on the medication you are prescribed.
Testosterone Cypionate, Sustanon, and Testosterone Cream
These medications should all be stored under the same conditions. Store them in a cool, dry place away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Avoid placing them near radiators, stoves, or windowsills, and do not store them in humid environments such as bathrooms. A cupboard or drawer is usually the best option.
Testosterone Cypionate should not be stored in the fridge. If it has been placed in the fridge and later de-crystallised, it is safe to use.
HCG
Storage depends on whether the medication has been mixed.
Unmixed (not reconstituted) HCG should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Once mixed, HCG must be stored in the fridge between 2°C and 8°C and used within 3 months.
Torbac Water
Unopened ampoules should be stored in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, or if supplied as a multi-dose vial, Torbac Water should be stored in the fridge and used within 3 months.
Clomid
Clomid should be stored in a cool, dry place and kept away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Avoid storing it near radiators, stoves, or in humid areas such as bathrooms. A cupboard or drawer is recommended to maintain stability.
Erectile dysfunction medication
Erectile dysfunction medication should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat, humidity, and sunlight. Bathrooms should be avoided due to moisture. A cupboard or bedside drawer is a suitable storage option.
Aromatisation inhibitors (AIs)
AIs should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Avoid storing them in bathrooms or other humid environments.
Storing doses in syringes
It is safe to store doses in a syringe, and research supports this practice when done correctly. A new, sterile needle and syringe must always be used for each dose.
Pre-filled syringes should be stored with the needle cap on, in a clean, dry cupboard.
Do not draw up an entire ampoule into one syringe and inject multiple times. Each dose should be drawn up separately and can be stored for a maximum of two weeks.
