Do I Need a Prescription to get treatment from Voy?
No existing prescription is required.
After you complete the online questionnaire and your order is approved, one of our clinicians will generate an electronic prescription that can only be dispensed by the Voy pharmacy.
If you’d like a copy of your prescription, simply contact our Customer Care team.
Can I Use a Prescription From My GP to get treatment from Voy?
We can’t accept external prescriptions.
However, getting started is easy—just complete our online questionnaire, and our clinicians will assess your suitability.
Subscription Plan & Treatment Timeline
Hair loss treatments require consistency, so our subscription model is designed to keep you on track.
Visible improvements typically appear within 3–6 months. Full results can take 12 months or longer.
Your orders are shipped in advance whenever possible to help ensure uninterrupted treatment.
What You’ll Receive in Your Order
Your delivery includes everything needed for the full duration of your subscription, with the exception of yearly plans, as explained below. Quantities scale with your chosen plan length.
Topical Treatments
- 3 months: 1 bottle
- 6 months: 2 bottles
- 9 months: 3 bottles
Oral Treatments (Tablets or Capsules)
This applies to Finasteride tablets, oral minoxidil capsules and All-in-One capsules:
- 3 months: 90 tablets/capsules
- 6 months: 180 tablets/capsules
- 9 months: 270 tablets/capsules
Combined Plans (Topical + Oral)
For Complete Hair Loss Plans containing topical Minoxidil + oral Finasteride:
3 months:
- 1 bottle of Minoxidil
- 90 Finasteride tablets
6 months:
- 2 bottles of Minoxidil
- 180 Finasteride tablets
9 months:
- 3 bottles of Minoxidil
- 270 Finasteride tablets
Annual Plans
For the annual plan, one payment is made annually, however the delivery is split into two shipments of 180 capsules, one at the first month, and one at month 6. The second order will be processed automatically for you at month 6, without any extra cost.
This is due to the shelf life of our treatments to make sure the medication doesn't expire before you are ready to use it
