If it’s been less than 5 working days since you posted your sample
Once you post your blood sample:
It usually takes 2 to 3 working days to arrive at the lab
Once received, results can take up to a further 3 working days to be processed and uploaded to your Patient Portal
As soon as your results are ready, you’ll be able to view them directly in your portal. If it hasn’t yet been 5 working days, your sample is likely still being processed.
If you haven’t received an update after 5 working days, please let us know and we’ll be happy to follow up with the lab for you.
How to view your results in the Patient Portal
Once your results are available:
Log in to your Patient Portal using the email address linked to your blood test
You should see your results under the title “Progress”
Click “View my results”
You can then toggle between Results summary and Detailed results
It can be a little tricky to find everything at first, so don’t worry if it’s not immediately obvious.
