Overstocked or going on a trip and need your delivery early? We've got you covered!
You can amend your delivery date by accessing your online account: joinvoy.com/login
Once you've logged in, you can amend your next order date by clicking on Account in the left-hand menu settings, and then Manage Plans.
Just select a time that works for you and you'll be charged on that date instead. Please note that due to the time-sensitive administration of our prescription medications, there is a limit to how far an order can be pushed back by.
If you can't see this option on your account, you can email our Customer Care Team who will be able to temporarily cancel your subscription, and reactivate it at your chosen date. You can reach our Customer Care Team at help@joinvoy.com.
In your email please include
- the reason why you'd like to change your next order date
- the date that you'd like your next order to be placed
