Step 1: Eligibility check

- Click on "Am I Eligible?"

Complete our eligibility questionnaire about your medical history and experience
Step 2: Personalised plan
If you're eligible we'll present your personalised treatment plan and the treatment options available to you
Step 3: Choose your plan
Once you've reviewed the treatment plans presented, select the one that you feel is right for you.
Each plan is set up as a subscription that will automatically renews in line with your treatment plan.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account under 'Manage Plans'.
Step 4: Checkout
If you're happy with the plan, click 'checkout' at the bottom of the page and complete your payment details.
Step 5: Complete your tasks
After placing your order you'll be taken to your home page. Here you will likely have some tasks to complete before we review your order.
Our Clinical Team will review your order within the following 24 hours. If they have any questions or require anything else they'll send you a message to the messages section on your account.
If you need to provide more information:
- Respond to the medical team using the text box provided in your messages.

If you need to share photos, they'll create new tasks to complete or you can use the paper clip icon in your messages to upload additional photos if required
