Our TRT programme is designed to be simple, safe, and fully supported by our specialist doctors. Here’s how it works:
-
At-Home Testosterone Kit
Start with a simple at-home finger-prick blood test to measure your total and free testosterone levels. -
Enhanced Testosterone Test
If your initial test suggests low testosterone, you’ll complete a more comprehensive venous blood test. This helps confirm your result, provides a fuller picture of your health, and ensures it’s safe to begin treatment. -
Speak to a Specialist Doctor
You’ll then have a consultation with a TRT doctor to discuss your blood test results, symptoms, medical history, treatment options, costs, and ongoing monitoring. -
Start Your Treatment
If treatment is appropriate, your doctor will create a personalised plan tailored to your lifestyle. This may include medication, lifestyle guidance, or supplements. -
Ongoing Monitoring and Adjustments
We’ll support you throughout your treatment with regular blood tests at 3, 6, and 12 months during the first year and every 6 months after that, so your doctor can monitor progress and adjust your plan as needed.
