When you’re running low on medication, you’ll need to place an order through the order form on your account, as we don’t automatically dispatch medication.
You can access your account using the link below. Once logged in, click on your TRT plan in the Account section. You’ll then see a link to ‘Top up’, which will take you to the order form.

Once you’ve placed your order:
- Your doctor will review and approve your prescription.
- After approval, the pharmacy will usually dispatch your order within 24–48 working hours.
- Please note that there may be a short delay between placing your order and receiving your medication due to this approval process.
