When you’re running low on medication, you’ll need to place an order through your account using the "Order Now" button, as we don’t automatically dispatch medication.
Please note that Enanthate, Statins, Anastrozole, Tamoxifen, and Tadalafil are no longer available via the portal. If you’d like to reorder any of these, please contact our patient team by phone or email:

To place an order other than these medications:
- Log in to your account using the link below.
- Go to the Account section and select your TRT plan.
- Click “Order Now” to access the order form.
What happens next:
- Your doctor will review and approve your prescription.
- Once approved, the pharmacy will usually dispatch your order within 24–48 working hours.
Please note there may be a short delay between placing your order and receiving your medication due to this approval process.
