Yes, as we're a subscription-based service your next pen will automatically be sent to you in line with your subscription plan. Depending on your treatment, your subscription will renew every 28 days, or 42 days.
There are no actions that you need to do on your end, our system will automatically take your payment using the billing method that you added to your online account.
If you'd like to check your next order date, you can find the details of your subscription on your 'Account' page under 'Manage Plans'. All past orders can also be found under 'Order history'.
What if my subscription says expired?
As our Clinician Team need to approve your medication before it's sent, your plan will show as expired on a monthly basis, but your subscription will still be active and renewed unless cancelled. The reason we need to approve every pen is for safeguarding reasons.
