Would I receive a confirmation email once my order is approved?

Yes, We will send you a confirmation email with your order details once the order has been approved by our medical team. We will also send you a tracking link from our delivery partner as soon as your order has been dispatched from our pharmacy. 

Please check your spam/junk folder in case the email is there.
It would be helpful to approve Voy as a contact so that all future emails about your orders, are received promptly.

If you haven't heard anything for a while, it might be worth checking the messages sent to you by our clinical team. You can find these under the Messages section of your account. It could be that further information is required in order for your order to be processed!
